Co-founders Nkosazana Roper and Briana Adams created Ujima Village Care with the desire to share with the world the benefit of serving one another as a community and as family. As both mothers, career registered nurses and doulas, we are women passionate about birth work and educating families in the community. The journey of Ujima started in 2019 as freelance and volunteer doula services. We have deemed ourselves as “your villages’ village”. We come alongside families as they embark on a journey of one of Gods’ greatest miracles; the gift of new life. The goal is to offer services to enhance the lives of families in our community. Our logo is a visual representation of our beliefs and our purpose.
